Tai Chi has been practised for centuries as a rejuvenating exercise for the whole body and mind. It helps restore and maintain physical and mental health by replenishing the natural energy of the body (or ‘chi’) whilst gently helping to keep it toned and flexible. It is also excellent for relaxation and stress management. It is practised by people of all ages.
The Classes
MARCH 2020: ALL CLASSES ARE TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS OUTBREAK RESTRICTIONS
The easiest classes are the Beginners Classes at Lincoln (Wednesdays 9.30am from 01/04/2020), or Nettleham (Mondays 1.30pm). If these are not convenient, the next easiest ones are the Beginners/Intermediate classes at Nettleham (Saturday 9.30am) and Navenby (Thursday 10.30am). See below for details.
If you cannot make these then feel free to try any of the other classes if you don’t mind some catching up.
Classes focus on the exercise aspect of Tai Chi, not the self-defense art. They generally have a friendly, relaxed atmosphere (as long as no one mentions Br*x*t)
Many common questions are answered on the FAQS / Frequently Asked Questions page , so if you have any queries its worth reading that first (note – the ‘Is Elvis still alive?’ question has now been removed). Alternatively feel free to contact me to ask any questions or use the contact me‘ page.

Kind regards, David, Instructor
