Tai Chi has been practised for centuries as a rejuvenating exercise for the whole body and mind. It helps restore and maintain physical and mental health by replenishing the natural energy of the body (or ‘chi’) whilst gently helping to keep it toned and flexible. It is also excellent for relaxation and stress management. It is practised by people of all ages.
The Classes
SEPTEMBER 2020:  CLASSES ARE CURRENTLY CANCELLED DUE TO GOVERNMENT ADVICE RE. THE CORONAVIRUS OUTBREAK
Classes focus on the exercise aspect of Tai Chi, not the self-defense art. They generally have a friendly, relaxed atmosphere
Many common questions are answered on the FAQS / Frequently Asked Questions page , so if you have any queries its worth reading that first (note – the ‘Is Elvis still alive?’ question has now been removed). Alternatively feel free to contact me to ask any questions or use the contact me‘ page.
