Tai Chi:  Tai Chi has been practised for centuries as a rejuvenating exercise for the whole body and mind. It helps restore and maintain physical and mental health by replenishing the natural energy of the body (or ‘chi’) whilst gently helping to keep it toned and flexible. It is also excellent for relaxation and stress management. It is practised by people of all ages.
These classes focus on the health and exercise of Tai Chi, not the self-defense art. They generally have a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

Coronavirus 2022: While covid precautions are still advised, social distancing, sanitizing and good ventilation are practised in the classes. Masks are recommended on entry/exit but are not required during the class itself.
