Tai Chi classes in the Lincoln (UK) area, in Navenby, Heighington,

2021: If you are interested in trying a class, please contact me to arrange a taster session. If the classes suit you I can offer you a place if available or a place on the waiting list.
Tai Chi has been practised for centuries as a rejuvenating exercise for the whole body and mind. It helps restore and maintain physical and mental health partly by replenishing the natural energy of the body (or ‘chi’) whilst gently helping to keep it toned and flexible. It is also excellent for relaxation and stress management. It is practised by people of all ages.
Classes focus on the exercise aspect of Tai Chi, not the self-defense art. They generally have a friendly, relaxed atmosphere
