If you are interested in trying a class, please contact me for details of the venue and feel free to come for a taster session. If the classes suit you I can offer you a place if available or a place on the waiting list if your preferred class is full.
The easiest class for beginners is (unsurprisingly) the Beginners class at Nettleham (below). You are also welcome in the Beginners/Improvers classes if the time/location is more convenient for you.
Further information is available on the FAQS / Frequently Asked Questions page , so if you have any queries its worth reading that first. Alternatively feel free to contact me to ask any questions on the contact me page.
Tai Chi:  Tai Chi has been practised for centuries as a rejuvenating exercise for the whole body and mind. It helps restore and maintain physical and mental health by replenishing the natural energy of the body (or ‘chi’) whilst gently helping to keep it toned and flexible. It is also excellent for relaxation and stress management. It is practised by people of all ages.
These classes focus on the health and exercise of Tai Chi, not the self-defense art. They generally have a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
